I had a sad message from Ben. His father has passed away. He sent me a message and an obituary. He said he wasn't sure how to tell people. I offered to pass the news to the fan community if and when he wanted. Here is the reply:

I would be happy to see the Obituary distributed to any and all. My Dad's last Doctor, Sue Prill, was a Farscape Fan and a damn fine woman... Her charity is the Wellmont Hospice House in Bristol.

Producers of Freeze Frame have set back the production on the film to the Summer, 2010 based on a change in Galit McCord's schedule.

One thing I enjoy reading in Ben's interviews is his views as an actor, his humility in leaving the final judgment of his character(s) to the creators and to the fans. It's great to read that one of his favorite scenes to have shot on SG-1 was his scenes in the episode The Road Not Taken because that is one of my favorite episodes to watch him in despite the fact that we only get a short glimpse at Alt!Cameron in that universe.

Ben going from rare convention appearances to doing two Creation conventions the same weekend,and Dragon*Con and Collectormania 15 in England... WOW!! And I hope like hell a lot of folks show up at each of these and help support him on it.

And ireally really want to see him on stage with Michael Shanks. :D (plus ifI understand rumors correctly they are trying to get RDA for theStargate LA Con as well)

This is a small picture I did for Freeze Frame, I actually have a full wallpaper size version but considering I got the caps from a download of the youtube clip, I didn't have the greatest quality to work with. (really a pain in the butt to work with as well but I did the best I could.) I was going to post this here last night but for some reason the style I had on the comm blew up.



I now have a new style up for the community that I think (I hope) fits Ben. Feel free to let me know what you think of it.
